You want to be an active and ambitious person, but you’re struggling with arthritis that is interfering with your work, day-to-day life, and your ability to have fun.  It’s zapping your energy and you want to feel like yourself again - not like you’re pushing to get through the day and yearning to lay on the couch.  I’ve been there, my friend, and I’m here to tell you there’s hope!

I'm here to support you!

I am a Registered Social Worker and Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and I’m the founder of the Anti-Arthritis Method program. As a Social Worker, my passion is helping others improve their mental health, and now I get to combine that passion with my love of nutrition. 

 

I first created the Anti-Arthritis Method in response to my personal struggles with arthritis, and now it’s my mission to share what I’ve learned with as many people who are suffering like I was.  I learned that medication is not a viable long-term option for many people, and it does not address arthritis at its source (which is necessary for long-term pain relief).  Therefore I teach my clients how to use natural and science-based tools, so they can regain their health and quality of life.
