The Anti-Arthritis Method
The Anti-Arthritis Method is a comprehensive and holistic 12-week program, where we work to eliminate your physical symptoms by addressing the root of your arthritis.
This involves using a nutrition and supplement protocol specific to arthritis, and it also includes addressing mental, emotional, and lifestyle factors. I don't provide one-off sessions and leave you to try to get better with just some information - I provide a step-by-step curriculum and 1:1 support, so you cannot fail. I will educate you about the physical origins of of arthritis, so you will fully understand what is happening with your health, and I will empower you with the tools needed to keep your symptoms away.

I’m Jessica, a Registered Social Worker, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and the founder of the Anti-Arthritis Method program.
I first created the Anti-Arthritis Method as a response to my personal struggles with arthritis. Now it’s my mission to share what I’ve learned with as many people who are suffering as I was. I learned that medication is not a viable or long-term option for many people, and it does not address the causes of arthritis (which is necessary for long-term pain relief). Therefore I teach my clients how to use natural and science-based tools, so they can regain their health.
I help my clients to live a beautiful quality of life and prevent disability by giving them the tools they need to improve their health and stay well. I want them to understand why they have arthritis in the first place and that they don't have to be reliant only on medications to get through life!
